And still potentially celebrate a league win? No **** that. They should be ousted and made an example of.Originally posted by Fivex View PostI'd prefer to see them barred from qualification to European competition for the next 10 years. Let them stay in the division, but irrespective of where they finish in the league, they don't get to play in Europe. Was muß, das muß.

Absolutely certain he is in their pocket.

And the league cup in 2016!
Not to mention that if they weren’t there last year, we would have walked the league and had enough juice left in the tank, to go and do the quadruple!I don't tip

More likely he is just a thick hypocrite.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

We should sue them for reputation damage!! They shouldn’t have been in the CL in 2018, and we would have avoided that bad PR, with that whole busgate thing.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostI suspect that there will be something that will stop clubs from suing them as it would be a free for all, at the moment it's £2.2m per position in the table per season, So potentially all the teams in the league could sue for that.
They took CL places from teams who would have finished 4th were it not for their cheating. As champions they get a bigger slice of the English CL (TV??) revenue pot which is split 40:30:20:10 to teams finishing 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively so there is that too which is a clear financial loss.
Those are just direct prize money that clubs would have received, clubs also argue that as PL champions or a team in the CL they could have got better sponsorship deals etc.I don't tip

1 season in the championship won’t do anything to them in the grand scheme of things. But 10 years without European football would indirectly decimate their playing squad.Hello mert.

Personally I think they would have to strip them of titles, otherwise they would have prospered from their cheating.
There needs to be thought given to the appropriate FFP penalties, for me this would include but not be limited to them having however much they have gained financially by cheating FFP deducted from what they are allowed to lose/the cash injection the owners are allowed to put in over a similar period to what they were cheating for as well as any other fines and the banning of the use of funds from and dodgy sponsors. This means that if for arguements sake they cheated FFP by £500m over say 10 years they have a £50m FFP liability every year for the next 10 years, I believe that the PL clubs are allowed to make a loss of £105m over a 3 year period, that would mean (based on these numbers) that to make a £45m profit in that time for FFP reasons, that profit would then be taken off them as a fine. If they have to sell players to meet their wage bill or whatever tough **** you reap what you sow.
For me that would be the minimum punishment, I would also consider kicking them out of the league (relegation) or at the very least a significant points deduction, and other things, such as a significant fine and paying other clubs who were out of pocket because of their actions (these would also fall within their FFP budget)Last edited by Exiled_red; 07-02-23, 04:54 PM.The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

This is a bit too simplistic; you can't go back in time and change major events and then expect everything that happened subsequently to still happen. For instance, if we would had won the title with Brendan Rogers, would Klopp have even be appointed Manager? We'd have a completely different history.Originally posted by Pepe79 View PostI don’t want to watch, it’ll make me too angry
It’s mad, we already knew about all of this, because of Der Spiegel, the UEFA investigation and the CAS hearing. And because it was just all so blatant.
But it’s like we just accepted it as part of what we’re up against, because what else could we do?
