Arsenal’s much maligned forward Nicklas Bendtner is demanding an outrageous £104k-per-week contract from next season onwards, the Mirror reports.

The Danish forward’s contract expires at the end of the season, and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has absolutely no intention of renewing it.

He’s currently paid £52k-per-week, but he reckons he can double that figure because he’s leaving on a free.

I know we've lost away to Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea, but they weren't thrashings like this.

Presuming we finish top 3, anybody else happy for Arsenal to finish 5th even if it means Everton taking 4th? Everton would just embarrass themselves in the Champions League whilst Arsenal could struggle to attract the top players (giving us better opportunities) and be financially painful.

I wouldn't be unhappy with that. Arsenal won't finish 5th though.
