More of a dickhead than Modric?

At least Nasri played against us and did his part for the team when required, Modric has effectively gone on strike

I don't think Nasri can be blamed for wanting to leave, Arsenal have just sold one of their best players and have once again spent on unproven youth. He has 1 year left on his contract and offered a massive pay rise by a team likely to challenge for years to come

Don't think Modric can be blamed for wanting to leave either just not going about it very well

Out of Modric Tevez and Nasri you would have expected Modric to be the least likely to act in such a manner

Would it be better or worse for us if Arsenal went out the Champions League tomorrow night...

Actually it was just to play up the previous two "Apparently" posts.

Personally, I've no time at all for anyone who wants out of a club yet is still under contract. No sympathy at all.......its almost like they don't realize they are signing a legal document which surrenders playing rights to the buying club.
All they see are the wages on offer per week and what bonuses they hope to get. Length of contract seems to be a non-issue, because "if a better club/more money comes in for me, I can just leave".
As for refusing to play, that's the be all and end all for me.........you are payed to do your job and be available for selection, then do your ****ing job !
Modric didn't surprise me in the slightest, as he (and his agent) appear to be doing a good weasling job on Spurs, and as for Nasri....yes he played against us, so at least he showed some respect for his severely (severely) depleted employers, but then again, he ruled himself out of the Newcastle game when a move looked imminent if I remember correctly, which left Arsene to cook up some illness excuse.

Nasri can play for #AFC tomorrow night and still play for #MCFC in the Champions League knock-out stages.

Although #AFC would have to be out of the CL and Europa League for that to happen. Unlikely.

Samir Nasri will not travel to Italy on Tuesday for Arsenal's pivotal Champions League play-off second-leg tie against Udinese, after telling Arsène Wenger that he did not want to become cup-tied in Europe and see his proposed £22m transfer to Manchester City put in jeopardy......

Sounds like he's pulling a Mascherano

Is that not IF Arsenal get knocked out, he could play for City ?

It'd be brilliant if they went out, they are already on the verge of a meltdown, they'd lose millions and have a load of thursday night travelling.

I have changed my mind, I want Arsenal to crash out and into the Europa league, they will have difficulty attracting adequate replacements if they are not playing in the CL and I think it's obvious to everybody that they are not guaranteed entry next season, any more than Liverpool.

Yep. I'm gonna watch us v Exeter, Sky+ Arsenal and watch it after without knowing the score. If they get through fair play, it'll be a tough task.

What about the co-efficient? & stretching of their thin squad?
                          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Good point about the co-efficient, but I think they'll have problems convincing top, top players (sorry ) to join without CL football. They will buy players of that I'm certain.

They deserve to go out purely because of Wenger's stubbornness, and it'll be adequate punishment for allowing his squad to get to such a state, and Arsene 'I decry football's evolved money game, but still have no problem picking up my huge wages' Wenger will have a breakdown on the side of the pitch.

Think they will go through though.....seen enough of Udinese to know they're either to crap to score or too unlucky not to.
