I think most of them are worried. As they should be. They havnt strengthened like they promised (yet) and Spurs have. So have we in relative terms, although they are all really only good squad players.

**** knows whats gonna happen in the next 2 weeks for them.

Sometimes one player coming in can be a catalyst to get your other targets as they see ambition, same can be said if you can hold onto your best players

Deadline day panic for them again.

Yup, my guess as well tbh.

Mancs are worried as well, gutted to miss out on Thiago and Cesc, they're sliding down their list of players they want as well

Dont think they have a great deal to worry about. They did win the League at a canter last season.

They will drop back a little because Chelsea and City have gotten stronger. Plus the Moyes effect. But I still think they are contenders. Just look at RVP scoring for fun at the weekend again.

Moyes can coach the goals out of RVP

Hated Chelsea with a passion for the past two years, ever since Torres signed. Pratically cried when they won the Champions League. Hahaha. It was pathetic. It's funny because pre-Torres, I was besotted with this Chelsea fan I was seeing at the time, and they didn't seem all so bad. I'm fickle.

At this point, I don't care. They're not our rivals at all. I don't really fully remember a time when Chelsea wasn't among the top six teams in the league. I was born early 90s, and by mid-90s Chelsea were pretty much in and around fourth place or above. Still though, when they took Torres I loathed them. A bit irrational. I know.
I grew up in a family of Arsenal fans. Always hated Chelsea and Spurs and still do. Hate Arsenal now, mostly cos of the media love in, as soon as they win one game and the fact that they are punching way above their weight and have our 4th spot :-)

                  TRANSFER GOSSIP
Arsenal are in competition with Barcelona, Inter Milan and Napoli to sign Bayern Munich's 26-year-old Brazil international midfielder Luiz Gustavo, according to German newspaper Bild.

Hopefully they miss out on LG, then the fans will start to turn on Wenger who will panick buy again on the last day.
                    * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

I kind of agree but lets not be too quick to stick the boot in, their 'panic buying' last season saw them get into the top 4.

The didn't panic buy anyone last season.

Podolski, Giroud and Cazorla all wrapped up before the 6th of August.

Season before was the deadline day signings of Santos, Arteta, Mertesaker and Yossi.

That's a pretty poor list. Of their seven signings in the last two summer windows only Cazorla is the only one I'd like at Anfield.

Maybe Podolski too but not based on what I've seen him do for Arsenal.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

That new LB they brought looks pretty decent. ****ed if I can remember his name though.

                              Monreal? But he's a left-back.

Nacho Monreal. Thats the one. Yeah, he is good. Would certainly strengthen us.
