Don't really see what good Wenger leaving now would do them, any manager coming in will have to work with the squad they've got now until January. Wenger for all his flaws has a proven track record of reaching the CL even if he is a bit of a clown these days. IMO the best they can do is keep him on and hope he can help them get CL again and go all out for a trophy, then sack him in the summer because its a waste of the hard work from last season unless he pulls some big signings off.
