Yes he is! Let's hope they don't sign Draxler. It's a lot of money for a 20 year old..

Arsenal have been dealt a blow with the news Kim Kallstrom is set for a spell on the sidelines - just a day after signing him on transfer deadline day.
The Sweden international, who signed for the Gunners from Spartak Moscow on loan, is suffering from a back problem after arriving on Friday.
Kallstrom is reported to be sidelined for two to three months, according to Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet.
The former Lyon midfielder had been brought in as cover for the injured Aaron Ramsey, who is set to miss six weeks.
However, the Swede, who has 108 caps for his country, now faces a spell on the sidelines himself and will be assessed over the weekend.
Jack Wilshere will also miss Sunday's home clash against Crystal Palace with an ankle injury while Mathieu Flamini is suspended after getting sent during the Gunners' 2-2 draw with Southampton on Tuesday.
Tomas Rosicky should return though, wearing a protective mask, having broken his nose against Aston Villa three weeks ago.
The move for the 31-year-old, which was first revealed by Sportsmail on Friday morning, has been in the pipeline for years having first watched the midfielder back in 2005.

Kim Kallstrom update
"New Arsenal signing Kim Kallstom is set for a spell on the sidelines with a back injury that was discovered in the medical before he signed on loan from Spartak Moscow.
"The 31-year-old Sweden midfielder sustained the problem on Tuesday while playing football on a beach during Spartak's pre-season tour in Abu Dhabi.
"He informed Arsenal of discomfort upon arriving at the club on Friday but, despite an MRI scan showing no damage, a CT scan found an issue with his back.
"The Arsenal medical team provided manager Arsene Wenger with the prognosis, but it was decided Kallstrom would still join and undergo his rehabilitation with the Gunners.
"He is expected to miss at least Arsenal's next six games, in which they face Crystal Palace, Liverpool twice, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Sunderland.
"Kallstrom did not train with his new team-mates on Friday or Saturday and will briefly return to Sweden and Russia before moving to London and beginning a course of treatment.
"The former Lyon player, Arsenal's only signing in the January transfer window, joined on loan until the end of the season to provide cover for injured midfielders Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere, plus the suspended Mathieu Flamini."Are we winning?
