Yeah Wenger didn't attend the post match presser, which I think is a first - he gave some lame excuse about not wanting to miss the bus - and he's also cancelled today's scheduled press conference. He always fronts up to bad losses and has never done this before. Maybe he's had enough.

And I seriously doubt that Barca would go for Wenger if they should change manager. Next time I reckon they will look internally again if Martino fails. I reckon he will get at least one more season to change the system slightly.

Priority is top 4. No trophies. do enough to keep the punters happy - have a few talented footballers that can play now and then exciting stuff, have a couple of cup runs but not win anything, have a title challenge but not win it and play in europe to keep that money coming in,

i'd bet you if you asked the arsenal board/wenger - next 10 years. you will not win a thing, but will finish 4th every year and on a budget of say £30 to £50m in the summer - they'd bite your hand off.

Every year it seems they come to a stage where all of a sudden they have say 6/7/8 big games in the space of a week or two....and when the come out of the other end of those games, they're out of everything

You have to feel sorry for Wenger. 1000th game, still a chance of the title and his players didnt turn up. He must be wondering if it is worth staying on
