He's a good lad (as well as an exceptional finisher), and I do remember watching the program he done before when he got ambushed by his old teacher.

Having said that, some of the rubbish he comes out with (especially involving England) calls into serious question his punditry value as anything more than just the token sparkplug on any football panel....though something similar could be said of many of his colleagues to be fair.

My biggest problem with him though, by far, is his insistence on referring to Glenn Hoddle as 'boss' or 'gaffer' if he happens to find himself in the same studio as said pleb.

Overall.....harmless enough.
