Why would anyone there think they deserve a raise??? What is wrong with people. Unless they believe some players should earn less, in that case

Half that team needs sacking.
Who would you actually keep, as an arsenal fan? And maybe let's take into consideration they might perform better with a new manager and other players.
But just look at their team.

Goalkeepers - horrible ****e, sack them all
Koscielny, Mustafi, Chambers, Holding - hopeless
Elneny, Coquelin, Xhaka - my god
Ramsey, what happened to him, was a beast at some point
Iwobi, Welbeck
Lacazette

Kolasinac, Monreal, Bellerin, Wilshere if he stays fit, Ozil, Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang are decent/good, but wasted under Wenger. Probably some good youth players as they usually had those.

They sure are in trouble.
