    The quality of chances they are creating has fallen off a cliff this season, they’re clearly worse this year, with considerably reduced attacking quality in midfield. He’s the main change… and a hugely expensive one at that. I feel his qualities are better suited to a West Ham or, England. It’s the same criticism labelled at Henderson for us in years gone by.

      Arsenal turned to **** end of Jan last year - there were only good for the first half of last season.

      They actually dropped more points in the second half of last season than they did in the first half of this season, so the talk of Rice making them worse is a little premature.
