How has a player of his quality been sidelined for so long? I'd be keen to know what he did wrong. Never the worlds best LB, but I can't believe he wouldn't be a decent reserve option in the Europa / League Cup.

I would say we have been desperate to get rid of him for a year but he won't go, surely he's going to sit out the season on his current contract.

As I said previously I don't see where he'll go, he's barely played in the last 2 or 3 years so I can't see a PL club coming in for him so he'll either have to go overseas of take a step down to Championship.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him doing the rounds of trials in the summer.

Something else going on with this one. He's been fit for a while now and still not got a sniff. He wasn't that bad a player and Moreno would certainly give him a run for his money in the brain dead stakes. We are paying his wages so something weird going on that we refuse to use him at all, even under a new manager with his clean slate.
