Manue have the weakest central midfield I've seen in many a decade. Anderson and Cleverley would just about make a Stoke or Sunderland midfield together. Yet Demento sprinkles some magic dust from his arse and they play like they won't lose despite however sh*t they play.

When the f*ck is Demento going to f*ck off. Seriously, we weren't this lucky with Paisley's longevity. Some karma perspective is really overdue.

I thought the same. They were lucky they played weak and toothless Spurs but the gap of quality they have in the midfield imo is pretty substantial.

Instead of pursuing supposedly Sneijder they should spend money and get top class DM cause that they will be leaking tons of goals against better opposition.

Forget Barcelona...Real Madrid and some German clubs will rip that midfield a new ar*ehole in CL. I think Demento's dream of overhauling our 5 is well and truly over. He will fully focus on getting numbers 20 and 21 before his retirement/expirement to give manure as much breathing space as possible before we start coming over the hill again.

If Spurs could have put out a decent central midfield then they probably would have got something from that game, Krancar and Livermore did ok 1st half but failed to compete after 55mins. Had Modric and Sandro/Huddlestone been playing then I don't think Anderson and Cleverly would be getting pronounced as the new Xavi and Iniesta.
