I hate the guy as much as most, but that really does sound a bit distasteful. Perhaps you did or didn't intend it that way. Anyway, survival after a pacemaker depends on an awful lot of other things, that alone is a poor predictor.

Bournemouth (or was it Southampton?) banned a local newspaper last year. Can't think of too many others though.

Maybe he worded it that way in order avoid a ban himself, but the way I see it, he is implying that the practice is becoming widespread.

If it is, then we are not judging Fergie within the context of others who are doing the same.

If it isn't, then he's placing this behaviour within a context which doesn't exist.
