I think if they finish 7th they are going to end up in the European Conference League. From Wiki:
"A total of 184 teams from all 55 UEFA member associations participate in the 2021–22 UEFA Europa Conference League"
184 teams in a one season European Competition!
Associations 16–50 (except Liechtenstein) each have three teams qualify.
That means if they finish 7th Everton could be playing in a competition that sees 3rd place in the Welsh, Gibraltan, and Northern Irish leagues qualify
I'm hurting myself laughing. Still at least all the Everton fans in North Wales can go down Maes Tegid to watch them rescue an heroic 1-1 draw at Bala Town!
