the only plus to Everton escaping relegation is the Frankie DT will remain as manager

I think sadly it will ensure they have money coming in to complete the ground and be an attractive proposition for a buyer in the PL. Mosh/Usmanov surely will be looknig to bail with the sanctions/Russian money situation. Haven't had such a good chance to flush them since the 1990s and really want it taken

So they’ve signed the contract on the half billion pound stadium today. It’s one thing to think you’re safe, but another to bet your future on it. It would be a real shame if this backfired horribly.
