Depends on Moshri on how much he gets back without losing the sale - He'll have to take a haircut on it anyhow, debt is around £500m before Moshri's shares and loans Approx £450m he's owed- They still need £200m to finish the stadium and they won't be in it for another year.Originally posted by ChesterDave View PostIsn't it about a billion to buy, cover debt, and finish the stadium? You'd have to be crackers to spend that much of your 5bn on a hope and a prayer like Everton

Think the close to £5 bn quoted is just what he is worth personally, because the companies he owns are worth far more than that.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

It's almost like that they have maxxed out their credit cards & other lines of credit. Their only saving grace is being taken over by VISA or the ECB is how bad they are at if those with hefty bank balances are staying away from them!Originally posted by ChesterDave View PostGoing to get to the point where they cannot prove they have funding for the upcoming season and the league slap them again, surely?Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

I see vultures are circling Finch Farm to see what rich pickings they can get out of Everton as Aston Villa have completed their signing of Onana for €50m today.
I suspect Branthwaite, Beto & Doucoure will be sold off to keep the wolves at the door while getting in sub-standard replacements which will be to their detriment this coming season.Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!
