From the sounds of it they are okay for the mo, the Friedkin loans have helped plus sales are shoring up the incoming for the time being - Really does sound like both Moshri and A-Cap want some serious cash back, yet being distressed, plenty of hawks will keep circling.
I make no apologies, this is me

'With £225m owed to Rights and Media Funding on an interest rate understood to be 10.25%, £200m owed to Friedkin and £200m loaned from 777, hundreds of thousands of pounds are going out of Everton each week. Moshiri is facing huge losses on the £450m in shareholder loans he has given to Everton too. "

More detail in this article - https://theesk.org/2024/07/19/major-...a-real-problem

Everton continue to need funding beyond the usual cash flows generated by the business. We remain loss making and we have further payments to be made regarding the stadium. We have external debt well in excess of £600 million and a heavy interest burden as a result.

Additional debt seems an unlikely nor sensible source of funding, and it is unlikely that Moshiri will provide additional capital, although it should be noted he was in receipt of £22 million when the Friedkin Group repaid the MSP and others loan administered by Blythe Capital.

Regrettably, the only viable source of funding over and above the income we generate is player sales. It was likely that we faced losing a number of players including DCL, Onana and Branthwaite – not just for financial reasons. It was anticipated that much of those funds would be reinvested in the squad. Not only has Everton’s negotiating position weakened regarding the sale of players, but the prospects of significant reinvestment in the squad has reduced enormously. That is the harsh reality of where we find ourselves.
Administration looks likely to me based on that. Who's going to come in and pay off all of that debt now when they could wait for administration and buy them on the cheap?

I think that's been the plan all along.

Someone is getting a Premier League club (at the time of writing) + new stadium for pennies in the pound.

If a club goes into administration in the PL, it must be immediately relegated!

The actual sanction is a 12 point deduction.

You would imagine they would be lucky to survive in the PL with another points deduction this season if they go into administration. Particularly if they have to sell players too. Got off last year because there were a few teams that were so bad.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

It would be their third points deduction in a year., it’s taking the piss. They should be kicked out and sued by the teams relegated the season before last.

That's the hope, if you fancy waiting until May 25 but it looks clear the only haircut will come from Moshri unless MSF decide to pull their levers on Moshri but they can't do **** all unless they repay Asap/777 partners even if that's possible ?

The only way to flush a turd is by flushing it - Can't see Moshri doing that

That face repaired monster from Newcastle will probably get some other cunts together and pick them up from the bargain bin.
