He played really well for rangers if I remember correctly? Granted the Scottish league isn't the strongest but that's still impressive for a player of his age. He has plenty of potential. I don't think we should write him off just yet.

It would be nice to read a player interview one day which doesn't consist solely of cliches.
      Oh I don't know.

When agger first came he didnt pull up any trees either. You have to give young players time to develop and he could he a decent player going forward but theres a lot or competition for places though.

Can't believe that he's only 20 - seems to have been around forever.

Looked **** at LB in his first season, but he seemed okay at CB last year in the Cup. Was it against Exeter when he partnered Skrtel?

Disagree mate, Agger had that something about him. You just knew he was the real deal. Wilson has not shown anything at all in the time he has been with us.

Was it against Newcastle where we played 5-3-2 / 3-5-2 and Agger made his debut alongside Hyypia and Carra? Thought he was excellent from the start tbh.

I think Wilson has a better chance at LFC than Coates.

And that's not saying much, because I think both will fall away in to nothingness.

Why do you say that about Coates?

Fair point, considering he was injured.

Still looked better than Wilson, even on crutches.

It wasn't his debut, but I remember the game. Kromkamp looked awesome.

Ah, was the first time I saw him because I remember it being on Sky.

Ol' Jan. He was a weird one.

I was in a hotel in the Dock's watching it. Not sure why I remember that or why I was even in Liverpool, but brings back fond memories.

I think there will definitely be opportunities this season for at least one of Wilson, Coates and Wisdom. Not sure how anyone can have seen enough of any of them to be sure how they will adapt to Rodgers system.
