Saw that Sylvain Marveaux got Newcastle a penalty tonight...
Had forgotten everything all about our interest in him - how much has he played for the Barcodes? Has he been any good?
Another 96.000 reasons to honour Rafa

I just hope someone has a cunning plan

Horrible ****ing football club, from their manager, fans, players. All of them are scum. Had to laugh when they complain about City's Munich chants with their holier then thou attitude, when not a game goes by without them showing themselves up.

They'll soon know about it when they get a good beating outside Elland Road. I live in Leeds, and the Leeds fans hate the mancs with a passion.

Spurs lose on pens at Stoke.

This competition is opening right up for us. It's **** but we've got to go for it.

I think we have a great chance to win it this season.

Wouldn't be so sure - I'd wait until tomorrow before making judgement. United played well with a complete 2nd team, Chelsea & City haven't played either. We'll probably draw United next at Old Trafford with Howard Webb as ref (assuming we beat Brighton)

A banner among the United fans which read 'Istanbul’ was akin to a matador waving a red flag at an angry bull, a direct reference to the fatal stabbings of two Leeds supporters prior to a Uefa Cup tie against Galatasaray in Turkey in Apr 2000.
Sporadic chants referring to the Istanbul deaths, laced with a full repertoire of Eric Cantona songs, came from the away end, seemingly goading the home supporters into an airing of the Munich chants which have blighted this fixture over the years.
Munich was not on the agenda for the Leeds fans, however. Their most cutting chants were saved for chairman Ken Bates, who would have been left in no doubt as to where the majority within Elland Road want him to go — back to Chelsea seemed to be censored suggestion.

That rug really tied the room together.

                                Firstly, this is completely untrue.

Secondly, what a pathetic response from a football club. They wonder why everyone hates them.
