Ref again they are ****ing **** in this country. VDV should be off. The only way to sort them is put them on performance related pay.

Performance related pay wouldnt make any difference, it's not an issue of effort or workrate. They just make mistakes and dont see things. It's not through lack of trying.

I wasn't talking about PRP, won't make a difference - making them explain their mistakes and then sending them on refresher courses during the season as punishment might make them a little less arrogant about things as well.

FIFA need to help them though, the ref on the line as in the europa league would be a start as well as using on off field ref to pick up off the ball stuff or to clarify the rules as the game goes on

It'd probably make them seem a little less arrogant for sure. But i honestly dont think their decision would really improve.

The mistakes they make are usually down to not seeing something, or from the fact that they havent played the game and as such, get things wrong which they would know more about if they'd played.

I'm not sure refresher courses would help in this area.
