Bring in a midfielder, a striker and if there's any £££'s left, a good quality wide player/attacking midfielder will do nicely as well. If there's any pennies after that, maybe we can have a look at Zaha type.
Being honest matt, now that Babel plays in Germany, you want us to re-sign him, dont you?

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
I think Ryan completed about 2 quotas of players not intelligent enough, I really don't want him or Zaha, we should sign someone good instead.
I can see your general point. However, I would suggest that one of Babel's main problems was his unwillingness to learn or adapt. It has taken a long time but Walcott, who has always looked willing if not always able, to learn has really kicked on this season.
I'd like us to be in a position where I thought a player like Zaha was a good gamble to take, right now though I think we have other issues to address (like putting the ball in the net).

Seeing as Arn isn't here to do so, I may as well point out we already have a £20m player in the reserves who can run fast and do tricks. So I agree, money could best be used elsewhere.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
