                    Re:Videos on twitter via your phone,try going into settings and privacy on twitter,under the General section go into data usage,turn on image previews and then you'll see a section for Video...Video auto play and High quality video,3 options Mobile data &wi-fi,wi-fi only and Never..i use the wi-fi only option for videos & High-quality videos to be displayed on by phone..hope this helps
