        Brilliant.

Apparently this Utd's best start in over 60 years, with them having won 5 out of the 8 first games in all competitions :clutchingatstraws:

Best start under a new manager isn't it? Bit different. Ferguson, who was **** at the start, plus a load of other no-marks bar Busby.

Yep....onwards and upwards for Moyes and ManU.

                  Proving all the doubters wrong.

In the meantime, we're on a losing streak.

                    Question

                    Javier Hernandez.

The little ****er just scores goals doesn't he.

I'm interested to hear Est's opinions on him. If he was put on the transfer list, and you were a football manager, would you be in for him?

And how much would you be willing to pay?

He scores goals, but offers little else to the team. Which I guess is why he isn't played as much.

Excellent eye for goal though. He is like a good Darren Bent.

Goals win games. I would take him.

                          No idea on price, mind.

i'd have him all day! i'm amazed he doesn't play more, always looks like he is going to score.

he's 25 - i'd have him at liverpool for £15m without any thought. - Anything less would be a bargain - and if we had the money, and had sorted out all other areas that needed strengthening first and we were just one extra goalscorer short of having a complete squad, i'd go up to £20m

Lets say for arguements sake, we got everyone fit for the rest of the season and we scrapped 4th meaning we made champs league football

i'd say we'd need to keep all the players we have - maybe one of the centre backs being sold

and we signed cissokho/moses on permanent basis as they had given us good options.

i'd say we'd need for the added champions league games, a better back up keeper, and extra centre mid and another attacking threat, i'd defo take Hernandez

                                so yeah i like him
