In meltdown on redcafe after their outclassing last night. Depay is average, the slow as **** midfielders cant play together, Rooney is a fat waste of space, Di Maria would rather die than play for them and De Gea is playing like someone who hates the club!

IMO there not as good as being made out by the media here for the new season....

"We have a situation that is not favourable for David De Gea, neither for us and neither for the club that, maybe, he wants to go," said Van Gaal.

Spain goalkeeper De Gea was replaced at half-time as United slipped to a 2-0 defeat by Paris St-Germain in Wednesday night's International Champions Cup game in Chicago.

Meanwhile, the Dutch boss admits he has "no idea" of the whereabouts of club-record signing Angel Di Maria.

Argentina midfielder Di Maria, a £59.7m buy from Real Madrid last summer, failed to return for pre-season training on Saturday as scheduled and it is understood talks are ongoing with PSG about a move to the French champions.

Asked if he knew where the 27-year-old was, Van Gaal said: "Maybe you know."
When the journalist said he did not, Van Gaal said: "I don't know either."

Just a shame that friendlies give absolutely no indication on league form

I'm looking at the worst case here but their defence is ****ing ****, De Gea is doing a Sterling, Depay is young and unproven at this level, Schweinsteiger is injury prone, Carrick is getting on, Valencia is their first choice full back, Young is available for transfer and LVG is a massive cock. It's not looking good for this supposed title tilt!

I hope they fail to find a creative player or striker and they finish 6th. The ******s.

                1. Angel di Maria
Total cost: £132.6m (if move goes through)
Rosario to Benfica £5.6m / Benfica to Real Madrid £23m / Real Madrid to Manchester United £60m / Manchester United to Paris Saint-Germain £44m.
That would make him world's most expensive footballer with his latest move

Think you could argue with inflation he is a fair bit more than that too.

Edit: Although looking at it, his Euro/££ conversion doesnt seem to be on this current rate. Based off todays exchange rate its £121.4m

I don't think they'll do well this year and think Van Gaal is over rated but I agree on this. Plenty of teams will roll over for them just cos of who they are.

They'll have it put up to them in Europe though, be hilarious if they lose the qualifier.

They'll get to the knockouts easily I reckon
