No way are they going to end up with Cesc.

I'd imagine we'll see them bring in Fellaini

Cesc was gagging to go back 'home' to Barca and now has his head turned by the prospect of playing for Moyes. No doubt if this move doesn't happen it will be due to Moyes pulling out of signing him and not being turned down

No way is Cesc a £35m player in any other window. Although there is something to be said for how much the club paying needs the player and the value attributed to that. United's midfield is really weak - Carrick is unlikely to play to such a high standard two seasons on the trot, no Scholes and no Fletcher () - they really do need to recruit there.

And I find him way too emotional. He's like a clingy girlfriend who needs to be told you love her every 5 mins. Apparently he wanted Barca to tell him they want him or he was off. Rejecting the bid was not enough. Every time he scores he cries like a baby.

I remember when Diaby equalised in the CL game at Anfield 2nd leg. Fabregas ran off in a different direction crying.

i don't know how to put this

                    i think he's a class footballer,

but he is and he isn't overrated.

for example - you and shaggy saying he's overrated? well where do you rate him?

i rate him top class - he's not in the top 10 in the world, - but i'd say as centre mids go he's up there.

however i also agree that some people can go over board

whilst he's much much better than say Arteta..he's not Iniesta either

He is a very good midfielder, for me that's it really. Nowhere near the elite midfield players IMO, but probably in the same bracket as someone like Carrick.

He was great for Arsenal just a bit too emotional and immature at times.

Barcelona don't really play through him like Arsenal did.

I think he'll stay at Barca for another season to see how he gets on with the new coach.

i think he'd be a great signing for united

actually i'll rephrase that, he'd be a great signing for united under ferguson - if fergie was there, i'd be a bit worried cause his pull would probably convince fabregas and i think ferguson would have him doing the paul scholes role which they've really struggled to replace

moyes though - i'm not sure he'll have anything ****ing idea what to do with him
