He'll walk, with a bit of cash (not as much as he should if that clause is to be believed) and have time to relax. Plus, he'll still be able to walk into the next mediocre job that comes free.
The man needs it.......he's aged something horrible over the last 10 months or so.

Edit: Always the chance that he could drop some bombshells about the cunts he had working for him if he finds himself in pundit duty, which would be ****ing excellent. Probably something about Giggs stabbing him in the back.........I hear he can't be trusted.
