To be fair Shaw had a pretty rotten game, but i kind of put that down to him being out for a year and the fact they were all playing like they'd just met in the car park before the game.

Mourino has also dropped Blind. No idea how justified he was but i'm thinking he'd be a fairly senior player there.

He'll be run out of friends soon enough... which is probably why he dare not drop Rooney. Wonderful!

Also, i know Mourino reckoned it was a foul but IMO Martial shouldn't have even been on the pitch. Not that his record with medical staff is all that wonderful, but you do wonder why the staff didn't recommend he was taken off initially.

It's a shame the post match interviews are so tame.
