He management style has become terrible.

In the early days, you could see how he fostered a bit of a them against us spirit. He became a bit of a media darling being arrogant and displaying an ego, which aren't traits we are allowed to show in Britain. He had a massive buy in with the Chelsea players, who seemed to idolise him. Meaning it was ultimately the pragmatic style of football that brought him down.

Now he has none of that. Even though he remains at a big club spending massive money he appears to hate every minute of it. That permeates out to the supporters, and then his ease of blaming players publicly before himself and making excuses constantly.

It is going to be interesting.

I could only stomach a few minutes of that PC. Miserable ****er. The sort of person who sucks all the energy out of the room when he comes in and takes over with his scowly arseface. He seems even worse because of our transfers this season and the buzz of the WC. The opposite of positivity. Maybe he only lasts 3 seasons max cos new manager equals new buzz around the place and then after one summer holiday the players come back and want to build on his first season and improve and think "right it was me, not him" but then you come back after a second summer holiday to that ****in face and his paranoia and blaming and throwing your teammates under the 8 man defensive line bus and you just think **** him.
