And since Moldes entire budget is around £11-12M I guess the money to buy out his contract won`t effect Man U much.

Obviously Man Utd is a bigger job, but there is no future to it., it's a 6 months gig where he is unlikely to be allowed to sign anyone, and is unlikely achieve much, it would raise his profile but otherwise is a hiding to nothing. If you want to build a career in management, giving up a long term job seems a stupid move to me.

True, both I think he would always be welcome back to Molde, or they allow him to be away for six months. He`s said that wants to try outside of Norway again, and I guess he can`t loose by doing this. If he fails he can blame The special one and if he succeeds it will open windows.
I don`t think he is anywhere near the level they need, sp lets hope he`s of the caliber they`re looking at.

The Norwegian season is finished and the new season starts in around 2nd week of March
