Just watched the highlights, they were absolutely battered - 2 howlers and a ridiculous pen

The reason is absolutely clear though....as soon as DBF is back involved then his lord Satan intervenes on his behalf again!

I don't believe its possible to fully support a team and get maximum enjoyment unless you go all in. In short, in my opinion, it ruins football. I no longer celebrate hard or let a bad result ruin my day, on the other hand I no longer celebrate hard or let a bad result ruin my day...its all a bit beige.

I've also heard people say they have the same philosophy, but come something like the 6 Nations for example, they become the most patriotic specimens on the planet.

Anyway, getting back to the topic on hand, unfortunately it looks like Utd are back.
I *am* bothered if I miss a game but I try to step back from the forums a bit more now and spend less time around football.

Seems to be working too as I'm about to launch my website and getting a few more customers too

You have to get bothered...that's the whole point of following a team.

Its not worth the years of suffering watching us become a non entity to walk away just when it gets exciting.

I'd rather be in a title race and lose than not be in one at all.

Obviously being in the race and winning is what sport at any level, playing or watching, is all about.

Who cares what other teams supporters think or say.

                  Just turned on the TV.

And they score a consolation goal. (turns off)

2-0 down, bring Mctominey on upfront; inspired.........give the messiah 10 years, not just 4 year contract

Hope they do two things: give Ole that contract and obviously beat City. Other than that the last two results have been fantastic. Out played by Arsenal and Wolves in succession.

Had Wolves to win and both teams to score.

Getting beaten by wolves might just make them up their game when they play city, more dirty tackles, etc.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
