In fairness for much of the time we did have the money, we just had bad buying strategies: we bought bad players, we tried to buy quantity rather than quality or we bought decent players but we didn't know what to do with them. The H&G era was really the only time we didn't have a reasonable amount of money, maybe you can throw a couple of years towards the end of Moores time in too, but for most of the time sadly I think it was largely self-inflicted
Also our best players wanted to leave to go to win trophies etc. No player wants to leave now
Man Utd have been reported to the FA for Hillsborough chants during todays Women's super league game
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
Weird that it happened in a women's game in front of a few thousand and it makes the news. But the cunts have been doing it in the higher profile mens game for years and hardly a word is said.
All clubs have their share of morons, they seem to have more.
Always borrow money from a pessimist. He won’t expect it back. Oscar Wilde
Apathy to it in the men's game because its being going on so long. Maybe a wish to keep that out of the women's game which there seems to be a desire to bill as more family friendly
