Yep, i don't see OGS lasting the weekend TBH

That said, the way Woodward works, it'll take him 6 months to sign Poch.

I can't see them sacking Ole just yet. It's the deluded fans still keeping him in the job. They're still mostly blaming Pogba, the board and everything else rather than the manager, who is incredibly out of his depth. Amazed they appointed him in the first place. Long may it continue.

Ole is a yes man and Woodward / Glazers won't be concerned except if top 4 becomes a real issue later in the season. Too early for them yet plus they'll dither and delay as usual, amateur outfit now.

I think that washed for a while but it's getting a bit pathetic/embarrassing now, and I've no doubt senior players will be relaying things up to the senior figures on the sly

Lots of comparisons with Liverpool (in the media and by Utd). However, during our darkest days, I don’t ever remember there being a systemic problem with players attitudes at Liverpool. People like Gerrard and Carragher wouldn’t have allowed it. On the face of things, attitudes at UTD stink.
                Another MASSIVE game

i think under roy evans there was. And I'm not referring to the spice boys thing created by the media after those fa cup final suits.

For me, the team spirit at the time just seemed a bit crappie. There were egos and bad attitudes i think. When you look at someone like Neil Ruddock and what he is like now, he must have been a right **** when he was a star footballer!!

In that time, we had some amazing footballers - but it was the attitude / spirit, a lack of discipline and a few bad eggs that let us down. For that team to have one worthington Cup to show for it was criminal.

Getting back to United though, Jose Mourinho will be proved right. At the time, there were 2 big points that he made:
                    1. That I need more defenders
                    2. That Pogba is a bad egg and needs to be bombed out

They have since spent £130m on Harry Maguire and Wan Bissaka. And they are still dodgy as **** in defense. I am pretty sure that if they gave Mourinho that backing in the transfer market that he asked for at the time, he would have probably ended up getting better defenders. There is no doubt that he can set a team up better defensively than OGS.

Fast forward a few years and they still have the Pogba problem too. He is a disgrace. Roy Keane was right - those players will get OGS sacked.

I don't like Mourinho. I think the football his teams play isn't a tap on Klopps or Peps (although as a character, i surprisingly didn't mind him in that Spurs amazon thing). However, if United doubled down on their support for him, i think they would be a lot lot closer to the top now. Without a doubt.

The managerial requirements at manure need someone who can polish a turd and get a half decent shine on it.
Poch built a half decent team at spurs, but can't remember what the team he inherited was like, did he have much class to work with and did he have much ****e to flush.
Many manure players on big money contracts, hard to move out.

Know what you are saying and agree to a certain extent. However, it was a different era. We had great players and, on times, played brilliant football under Evans. Attitudes on the field were ok, but attitudes off it were not (established and young players drinking and partying with their mates). Think it was Collymore that said he was shocked at how unprofessional things were at Liverpool. At the same time, Arsenal and Utd players were forced (by their managers) to be more professional - changed the drinking and partying culture and enforced a more holistic approach to fitness.

Anyway, today's Utd players look as if they can't be arsed. No fight - just don't care. There's a part of me that thinks it's sad for a club like a Utd - there's a far bigger part of me that thinks '**** them. Cunts!'.

Also £35m on Shaw and £35m on Lindelof. That's £205m for a dreadful back four and none of whom can pass a football.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
