I'd be avoiding any match betting until teams are released. Could be some real spanners in the works with covid.

Ronaldo scores, does a Siuuu but gets a season ending injury as he lands on a massive 12" plastic cock.

His “performances” would suggest he’s actually sabotaging their chances of winning them

That's very harsh. Dougal at least showed some signs of self awareness.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

                Go on Stevie lad!

Don't ge the fuss on that Villa goal. Not the defenders responsibility to navigate Ramsay to get the ball. Ramsay is defo interfering there.

Don’t quite get your point, it was Cavani trying to get around Ramsey, and it’s not Ramsey’s responsibility to move. But maybe it was a deliberate block, but the goal was disallowed for offside.

                      Are you sure?

My understanding of the VAR check was that they checked for offside, handball before finally ruling the goal out because of the 'foul' on Cavanni

Ended up with an indirect free kick, suggesting so. Does ‘obstruction’ still even exist as an offence?

                          Mental.

It's been said many times but last night illustrates that the whole process needs transparency. The communication between the ref and the var official ought to be broadcast to the stadium in much the same way happens in rugby.

It'd remove a degree of confusion which clouds VAR decisions and also hold the officials more accountable.

The last part is why it won’t be happening.

I think that the conversation should be broadcast, but if not there should at the very least be an anouncement as to why the goal was disallowed i.e. offside or foul or whatever and which player committed the offence
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Accountable in what way though? There isn't an unlimited pool to choose referees from so, other than sacking them off, what sort of punishment could be given?
