Multiple instances of assault going back to 2020, what sounds like rape/attempted rape, also probably multiple times.

Good on her for being able to face up to this and put it out there, really brave, probably made even more difficult by the fact that her abuser is famous. Reminds me of the Steubenville case where the media reports after sentencing was very much about the perpetrators careers/lives ruined rather than the rape victim.

That’s unbelievably grim. Just saw the pictures and listened to the audio.

He is a young lad himself so how has he learned to behave like that? To be so horrifically physically and mentally abusive.

I’ve mentioned this before but footballers behaving like this impacts on the lives with anyone with young kids into football. I had to explain to my son what rape was when he was ten as he had read about it on a story about a footballer, he asked us outright ‘what is rape’. So we had a chat about what rape was and what consent is.

So as well as the horrific experience for the individual, and it looks truly horrific it will also affect literally millions of families.
