Good summary Dan and the gutless aspect is a big thing - even with a new manager in place their egos don’t allow them to dig in and fight.

    It’s absolutely great

Good summary. They don't even seem to have good quality youngsters coming through to rescue them. Greenwood was their big talent, oops. As you say Elanga looks decent, but there's not much else beyond that seemingly?

I think they're absolutely ****ed to be honest. They need a complete rebuild from top to bottom. On field and off field. It's a total mess.

There are so many parallels to us in the 90s/2000s. They are making all the same mistakes we did and its glorious to behold

I genuinely think they will still try to spend their way out of this mess once again, it's all they know how to do. We really need them to not get champs league football and lose that revenue. I just hope that the others teams vying for the 4th spot can actually get their **** together. Arsenal have been grinding out some good results of late & them and Spurs have games in hand on United. I would love to see a complete collapse at United, it would be glorious.

Seeing them in the Europa Conference League would be funny. A mid-week distraction but also not a proper competition

Yeah, Pogba for sure is. McTominay was a bit of an obvious joke, seems you’ve picked up on it though.

I'd be interested to hear one of Rangnik's half time talks, cos in the past few games the have come out at half time and looked so poor.

They can try and buy their way out of it all they want, Until they understand that its as much about mentality as talent they will be forever ****ed.

I wasnt convinced them buying Ronaldo was going to make as big a difference, but this really is dream scenario stuff in terms of it all going to ****.

Man City seem to be actively trolling them in terms of showing massive interest in a player and then moving aside.

                          Alexis
                          Maguire
                          Ronaldo

That said I think Alexis and Ronaldo would probably have done much better at City than Utd. Maguire is on the other hand just ****.

Why do they alway apologise after defeats on twitter?

Do our lads do it? Call it out in the post match interviews then move on.

Maguire's part in the blue manc's second goal is priceless. It looks like he deliberately dummies the ball, pauses for a split second then realises where he is - ****ing about in his own penalty area - as he sees the ball rolling to a blue manc, then goes into full panic mode trying to retrieve the situation. It's a work of art.
