Not going to copy it as it’s from the Sun but fake Ron given a scathing interview to Piers Morgan. Attacked the club, Ten Hag, Rooney, Ragnick all of them…..

Great to see but he is one utter cunt

Everything he said is to engineer a move away + it’s a point if no return now

Is this news to anyone, we've all known he has a massive ego and is a total prick for years. It seemed obvious that his return was going to turn sour if they didn't built the team around him and win trophies. Clearly forcing his way out so much for it being a homecoming and him being one of them

He’s an adult with the brain and attitude of a child.

A child who didn’t go to school past the age of 14.

People have lauded his mentality but it’s so clear he’s got a terrible attitude that would see him fired in any normal workplace.

Handled badly by both sides. He said he wanted to leave in the summer and was supposedly given assurances about game time to convince him stay, for some reason. He hasn’t had game time so is lighting the fuse. His behaviour is ridiculous, he chose to sign for them and take the huge wages they offered, but utd should have seen this coming and cut their losses when he said similar in the summer.

Yep totally agree with you K. Forced him to stay when he’d asked to leave & now no game time so they deserve what they get.

I don't get the idea of asking for assurances about game time, for me there are a couple of reasons why players who are fit aren't getting game time: either they aren't good enough/aren't playing well enough or they don't suit the system. If you don't suit the system that the manager is going to play then you adapt your game to the system or you leave. If you are a player who works in the system then train well and play well and you get alot of game time, assurances shouldn't come into it.

Edit: I guess it doesn't look good with the fans if ETH boots Ronaldo out in the summer, probably gets the fans on his back, this way he gets the fans on side and gets to dump the player he didn't want in the first place, can't help but feel this is a massive OG for Ronaldo that has done ETH a favour

Did he really say he is better looking than Wayne Rooney?

Something about him ageing better - he’s a ****ing narcissist but in this case it’s true

"I don't understand. You should ask this question to him (Rooney) but I don't know, why he criticises me so bad," he said.

"He finished his career in (his) 30s. So, I'm still playing high-level. I'm not going to say that I'm looking better than him, which is true, but...

"It's hard to listen to that kind of criticism and negativity from people who play with you, for example, Gary Neville, as well.

Ronaldo and Neville during their playing days together at Old Trafford
"People can have his (their) own opinion but they don't really know what's going on. For example, inside the training ground and Carrington or even my life. They have to listen to my point of view as well. Because it's easy to criticise but if you don't know the whole story, it's easy.

                              "They are not my friends."

Yeah, but its obvious to everyone, why even bring it up? A grown "man" ffs. Thats like when a ten year old has already lost an arguement. He could have easily made a football based arguement... Although I feel Rooney's looks dont hinder him in the gilf market, so the observation is invalid.
