ETH will be gone by Christmas. No chance he holds that dressing room together

I think it’s important that the manager rules the roost, and that the players fall in line. But it’s the second time that he’s banished an expensive player from the squad, over personality issues. It’s like ehhh buddy we paid 80m to get him and are paying him 350k a week… but still you’ll have muppets like Gary Neville saying he needs to be backed etc.

I do find this sort of thing a bit weird.

Effectively this is 2 employees who have fallen out albeit one is more 'senior' than the other.

I'm not sure why these sorts of disputes shouldn't be dealt with in the same way they would in any other organisation?

It's Ronaldo esq, ETH refused to let Ronaldo empty his locker so he got a youth team player to do it for him, also refused to let Ronaldo say some goodbyes. Ronaldo says **** you and sends personal cards, wine, thanks etc and drops about some serious K's to the youth player.

A bit different given Ronaldo's interview but too come across as a hard arse in some circumstances is a little too much.
I make no apologies, this is me

Because the media doesn't give a **** about your managerial dispute at B&Q.

I know nothing about B and Q but I'm sure their staff relations are exemplary.

                    Well compared to Utd.

Someone just told me that getting drawn at home in the next round of the Carabao is their 12th home draw in a row in the League / FA Cups combined

That’s nuts, if was 50/50, the odds of getting 12 home draws in a row (a specific 12 games) is 1 in 4096

It makes you wonder if the odds are actually 50:50

Raping more forgivable than pushing back about suggestions you have a questionable work ethic?
