The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
Surely you adapt to what you have in the short term rather than trying to make players fit a system that doesn't suit them.
Still not sure if he's Mourinho v2 from when he first joined Chelsea or AVB who came in with similar fanfare
Well they brought him in knowing 3-4-3 is is his system, and the only one he uses - From the media its why we walked away from him as he would not budge and didn't want to spend millions getting new players that were suited.

I think I disagree a little.
The club should have known what he's like, and if they recruit him, they should know that they would need to suck it up while he struggles with what he has. Then come transfer window time, they need to go all in to give him what he needs. And it will take a couple of years minimum to get that team right for his system.
But, say, he's near the relegation zone in March, will they hold their nerve?
They're struggling with funds to buy new players so overall I'd say it's yet more fuzzy thinking from the clever boys from Ineos. Again they've gone for the high profile option rather than the right option.
If they can manage to do some business in Jan for some key positions they may be able to get Amorim's game going a bit. They must have signed up to a complete squad rebuild when appointing him and would be mental to not follow that through.
