no mate that was under scolariOriginally posted by saj View PostThe Metro has a feature "Mourinho by numbers". In nice big writing it says "0 home premier league games lost by mourinho". Did we not beat his Chelsea 0 -1 when Alonso scored that deflected goal?Oh I say his vision there was lovely

I think the PL will be so much better without Ferguson. The league will be wide open and unpredictable from now as opposed to the previous 20 years when United were the odds on favourites to win it virtually every season.Originally posted by Gibbo View PostThe first Mourinho/AVB meeting will be interesting.
With Ferguson leaving United that, as much as it pains me to say it, left the league looking weaker. I actually believe United will start to become worse over time and will no longer be a force.
Mourinho and Wenger are now the only managers in the entire League who I would consider to be "World Class" if you like. United will fall off and the League will become even less appealing to anyone that would want to join it. Which will make the league weaker.
I want us to eventually be challenging for the League and the CL again, if other teams getting stronger, while United get weaker is our way back in I'm not totally against it.
The wankfest is a tad cringy though.
It's a fresh start for the league and I'm looking forward to it.

Jose has never dominated any league in his career and he won't start now especially with Roman watching over him, initial success followed by a rapid decline and a damaging exit is Jose's trademark.Originally posted by baitman View Postmaureen will become the new dbf

United's dominance is IMO over now, they will still be successful but without Ferguson and with Moyes as manager I really can't see them winning the league almost every season. You can talk about Ferguson guiding Moyes but at the end of the day Moyes picks the team, coaches and buys/sells players.

Does anyone else feel that all of this is a bit rushed?
Mourinho has been slaughtered in Spain, and rightly so, and a few days later, he's Chelsea's manager and it's all a bit subdued on his part. Tit his would've been all agreed a good number of months back, but it feels 'tiring'.
I know this was in the pipeline for months, but there is no way he wouldn't feel tired or a little jaded and burnt out after last season in Madrid.
Maybe his introduction to the press on Monday will show me to be wrong, but I can't help but feel that maybe he needed some time off, especially after his rimming job on Man Utd in the Champions League.
