Did anyone else think that Jose Mourinho blaming Chris Foy’s performance at Aston Villa for Ramires’ horror tackle was more dangerous than Alan Pardew pushing his head into David Meyler?

Pardew clearly deserved a hefty punishment for demeaning the office of football manager, but he was provoked, acted in the heat of the moment and immediately apologised for his stupidity.

Mourinho had 48 hours to view his player's intentional assault on Karim El Alamadi and condemn it.

Instead, he chose to announce that it’s fine to put in a challenge that can break a player’s leg, because you’ll be able to blame it on a referee who isn’t giving everything your team’s way.

Which is a truly shocking response.

Never really understood why people find Mourinho funny. He doesnt really come across as funny. Just portrays an image that he loves himself. Just an arrogance about him. Yeah he is a winner but not like he has won under difficult circumstances or in adversity. Rarely gives anyone any credit for beating his team either

Cant remember who said it, but the biggest secret about this season is that the 2 best teams(City and Chelsea), arnt really all that good.
