Yep, lord knows why. They seem to have perennially injured players. We have Aurelio. They have Djourou, Song, Sanga, Gibbs, Vermalen and previously Van Persie. All seem to only be fit 50% of the time.

This is a response to this. That page was brought to my attention by a friend, who happens to be a lifelong Liverpool fan.

Yeah, yeah. Everyone have a laugh at Arsenal.

As soul-crushing as the drought has been for the Gunners, Liverpool FC only lags Arsenal in futility by a single season. Heck, if not for a stoppage time rocket from Stevie G. soon followed by some comically bad penalty taking from West Ham, Liverpool is in the exact same spot as Arsenal.

Worse even. Arsenal at least still qualifies for the Champions League.

I have no particular malice towards Liverpool—I might have just as easily pointed out that United had a nine-year trophy drought from '68 to '77 (although that would have made the ticking counter above superfluous)—but the ridicule pointed at Arsenal is getting a bit tedious. And for all the talk of Arsenal's trophy-less streak entering last season, Liverpool is in that exact same place—five years and counting—this season. So, glass houses, etc. Heck, any club can find themselves with a manager who refuses to buy a competent keeper and some decent center backs for the better part of four seasons running.

So joke away. Use the "#sinceliverpoollastwonatrophy" hashtag. No, this isn't particularly original but laughing at others often helps assuage the pain of your own failures, even if they are slightly worse.
            Oh I don't know.

              Pathetic.

Sunday we wil wipe out that Gooners counter.

I'd be happier saying that after Sunday, if we win.

Arshavin has gone back to Zenit on loan.
                    We come not to play.

If we cannot beat Cardiff we might as well give up. They are ****ing ****e.

                          I remember Wimbledon very well.

Also the FA Cup semi against Palace.

I'm not counting my eggs in the basket until they have hatched.

So do I. **** happens, but I will always go into a final feeling confident.

Almost blew it vs West Ham and Milan and Alves and Arsenal and Birmingham...

They certainly like to torture us supporters.
