It could go either way. Either he'll have a storming tournament and it'll increase his confidence even more, or it will be the complete opposite.

Personally, I'd like him to stay with us and continue his development.

The flip side of that is, imagine what it will do for his confidence if he plays well. Footballs all about form and experience. I say (if invited) he will do well to go. With Wooney being suspended he will defo get some game time.

Well done to Carroll, hopefully he gets few runs,has a good tournament and brings that confidence back to LFC for next season. He has knuckled down and worked hard over last few months and has improved so fair play to the lad. Showed a bit of balls and has got rewarded by getting selected for the Euros.

Hopefully it will raise his value so as much of the 35 million can be recouped as possible & we can bring someone better in. As much as Carroll has improved I still don't think he's good enough to take the club forward & if we want to move forward next season we need better players than the likes of Carroll, Downing, Adam, etc imo...

I doubt it, it's not often a player is selected on the back of the latter half of the season.

Well, especially for England.

I think we need to give Carroll credit for his dedication and application. If he gets a ticket to Euro 2012 on the back of it, good for him.
