                        i remember reading something about the terms of the loan deal when this was first mentioned a while ago. the initial payment of 2m, they pay his wages, and they are tied in to a contract to buy him provided they stay up. so if we end up getting the extra money, and carroll of the wage bill then its not as bad.

                        maybe the barcodes will come back with a counter offer.
