Lets just keep him FFS. He was just coming good and I think he can do a decent job in this new system. At worst he is a great sub to throw on when we are struggling.

I can't get my head round it personally, we must have several targets we're currently unaware of.

Kuyt/Maxi/Carroll/Bellamy all going out with just Boroni in, okay maybe Cole can take the place of Maxi but that's still leaving us 2 players down in area's we pretty much all considered us short as it was last year.

Yet we have.. Lucas/Spearing/Henderson/Shelvey/Gerrard/Adam and we're trying to get Allen in as well. It's all a bit odd.

After watching our performance yesterday, I am not sure if Rodgers even has a role earmarked for a Carroll type striker in his plans. We are going to have a fluid front four exchanging positions, dragging the defenders out of position, intelligent quick movement.

Carroll has no role in our plan A, so tbh I can't wait for him to be sold. He's a complete waste of a squad number.

Andy seems a nice lad and is good at what he does, but if we aren't going to be using his best assets what's the point?

But he is too limited and it is a lot of money on wages etc for what he can offer. His value is only going to go down by staying with us.
