Relatively well.....one of our rivals and all that

We'll probably pick up 12m for him next season if he does ok. The flip side of the argument that we'll benefit from him scoring goals in a system that suits him, is that we can find ourselves in yet another disadvantaged position in that any buying cub will know we have zero intention of having him in our setup, and seeing as how everyone is a better negotiator than us they can play us like an old banjo.
Bidding war between the plebs is our best bet to get 15m.....worst case, he doesn't do anything for West Ham and we have an unwanted and expensive-to-own paperweight.

The BBC livetext is hilarious for the West Ham game. 'You couldn't say Andy Carroll was directly involved but ....' seems to be becoming a recurring motif.

Down injured.....hamstring, on his way back to us now.

In keeping with the sensationalist coverage he's getting.

Looks like he might have done his hammy. Will he come back if he is injured long term or do WHU have to keep him?

Guess the loan fee allows greater 'ownership' for West Ham, so **** 'em.

It's their ****ing lookout as far as I'm concerned.

Blah, blah, blah.......tightness, taken off as precaution.

No doubt Fat Sam will be on afterwards giving out about the condition he arrived in etc.
Probably find some way to blame Rafa as well.

Ha ha. And if the season ended now he would finish with 0 goals

West Han is his level and his style, all we can hope is that he has a storming season and sets off a bidding war
can only be good for andy and us.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

I want him to do well. Him doing well for them can only mean good things for us, and besides, he seems a nice bloke and I like him.

Anyway been hearing the injury could keep him out for 2 months? Not sure if true, but if it is, we've dodged a bullet of sorts. Somewhat fortuitous in a ****ed up way

Whether he was 'good enough' is irrelevant. He is a capable front man, we paid a lot of money for him and were don't have many other options. Selling him is fine but loaning him out for a minimal fee when we have only 2 other strikers is a joke

It's not just a nominal fee is it? It's his wages plus £1m and a miserable player in training subduing the squad. Better that he is not at Melwood, plus as luck would have it he's gone a tweaked his hammy.

We have many combinations available, we don't know the full story, BR's demeanure next time we see him with speak a thousand words..

N'goo to develop would be handy...
