I love cauliflower. Fantastic stuff. Great raw as a healthy snack, with cheese sauce when feeling gluttonous, shredded in pasta sauce to fool the kids, or even just normal.

Stick it on a baking tray, brush with mustard and pepper. Roast for 40 minutes, and then with 15 minutes to go bung some parmesan on. Delicious.
