Who are these players? The only player I can really imagine could count as not being in his club side when Hodgson picked him was Marcus Rashford who wasn't a regular at Man Utd, almost everyone else in the Euro 2016 squad played week in week out.

It infuriates me not because I'm English or anything to do with him being ex-England manager - I just hate him and still resent him. I laugh at his failure but his arrogance and refusal to accept any blame I find intensely aggravating.
