    Dortmund slap price-tag on Kagawa
Borussia Dortmund's highly-rated Japanese midfielder Shinji Kagawa will cost prospective buyers around 20 million euros (£16.17m).

The club's owner Hans-Joachim Watzke revealed the German champions want a 'princely sum' despite the 23-year-old having just a year remaining on his contract.

Kagawa, who netted 17 goals for Dortmund this season to help them secure a second consecutive title, has already met for talks with Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson, while he has also been linked to other high-profile clubs including Arsenal, Chelsea and AC Milan.

But Watzke told Sport Bild that the club would not be fooled into selling him for a derisory price.

"We all know the abilities of Shinji, his youth and the value he adds to this side," said Watzke.

"I also note what Bayern Munich paid for goalkeeper Manuel Neuer (22 million euros from Schalke last year).

"He also only had a year left on his contract. Given those facts we can certainly expect a princely sum for him."

Belhanda being seen as the cheaper, less ****ty equivalent to Hazard so whoever doesn't get Hazard is likely to move for him.

It is not a bargain, he is no Gerrard, but 20m is absolute max for this player, he is made to look good in a very very good Dortmund team.

Kloppy is awesome, when asked how he will stop Ribery and the cheating Dutchman he replied

"Every time the ball comes near them we will have players all over them, in their face and they will soon get the message" That is exactly what Dortmund did and wasted Bayern on the day.

I'd pay £20M for him right now to get him to Liverpool - phenomenal player.

call me optimistic, but imagine, we win PL next season, after we finished 8th in this - even NUFC has fantastic achievement. from 12th in 2010/11 to 5th in 2011/12

No team containing Chadam will ever win the Premier League. It's like swimming in a lead suit.

20m is way too much for a player that has one year left and was pretty much unknown name until about a year ago.

If we are interested 12-15m (would prefer to see a player and cash type of a deal like Aquilani + 7-8m in cash) would be imo the highest we should offer and I think Borussia would take that.

If there is one thing LFC should do is they really should take a closer look at scouts of Newcastle and Borussia D and find the way to attract them to the club. Both scouting networks have been doing an outstanding job in uncovering talent far better than us.

I also think Bundesliga is getting better and better in terms of quality and there are tons and tons young and upcoming players with great potential and our efforts in recognizing the talent over there have been underwhelming to say at least.

The Bundesliga's been the best league in the world for me this season. Thrilling stuff at times.

                              .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.
