He has the tendency to to hold on to the ball longer than a tiki taka style dictates. Mainly down to surrounding players not being as good as him I guess, and also confidence in his own abilities. Has a wonderful shot from distance (if not goals).

Dembele would be too much 'work' for us to re-mould. We have readymade alternatives in the middle (Aquilani, Suso, Texeira, Gerrard, Lucas).

I have no idea but I know his average is still greater than Dembele's.

In any case you're not making much of a point there. Xabi played in front of the back four so you wouldn't expect him to get many assists/goals but he did get a fair few. Dembele plays as an attacking mid and you would expect someone as talented as him playing in that position to get a fair few assists/goals.

IMO Sessègnon and Junior Hoillet are better players then Dempsey and Dembele. Sessègnon is not that young thought. Actually Dempsey is decent

I think Dembele is a class above the other 3, just something about him I like.
