well you see this is where i think it depends on the Budget.....I amongst many liverpool fans would not be happy if we spunked most of our budget on RVP when we are so clearly lacking in other areas.

For instance I would take Allen and Borini over RVP becuase i think they will bring more to Liverpool over the years and also help 2 positions not one.

Don't really think they have a full back issue as such, as for the midfield yes id o agree, but they will sell another 3 or 4 players and United somehow usually get very good fees for players, i still reckon they'll sign a midfielder before the windows end.

Actually it is the type of signing that he's made before. Berbatov and Yorke spring to mind.
